1. Services Provided
Omega Performance Testing provides health and performance assessments, including VO2max testing, body composition analysis, mobility screening, and nutrition planning. Services are delivered by qualified professionals including physiotherapists, exercise scientists, and registered dietitians.
2. Booking and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and medical information.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.
No-shows are considered non-refundable unless due to a medical emergency with evidence.
Group bookings may require a deposit; deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 5 working days of the session.
4. Health and Safety Requirements
Clients must complete a PAR-Q and disclose any relevant medical history prior to testing.
Omega Performance Testing reserves the right to postpone or cancel services if safety concerns arise.
Clients who answer "Yes" to any PAR-Q item must provide medical clearance before proceeding.
5. Client Responsibility
All information provided must be accurate and complete.
Clients participate in physical assessments at their own risk.
Clients must follow any safety advice or testing guidelines given during sessions.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
Omega Performance Testing adheres to GDPR and relevant Irish data protection laws.
Personal data is collected, stored, and processed securely using Google Workspace and approved third-party platforms (e.g. Stripe, Calendly).

7. Liability Disclaimer
While every effort is made to ensure safety, Omega Performance Testing and its staff are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss arising from participation in services, unless caused by gross negligence.
By booking and attending a session, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical assessments.
